Meet the Team

  • I'm a registered nurse with a career rooted in caring for others, most notably children with special needs and patients in hospice. My path to breeding began early, working alongside my family to raise hunting dogs where I developed a lasting love and respect for canine companionship.

Today I bring that same dedication and empathy to raising Rhodesian Ridgebacks. My focus is on early development and foundational training that prepares each puppy for a successful life whether as a cherished family companion or a working partner. With a strong passion for service work, my goal is to become certified in training mobility assistance and emotional support dogs. I'm especially drawn to equipping Ridgebacks for tasks that support individuals with autism and PTSD including deep pressure therapy, retrieval, self harm interruption, and guiding those who may become disoriented.

This journey is driven by heart science and a deep belief in the beyond between dog and human

  • Trinton James is a registered nurse working in the cardiac care unit and a dedicated breeder and owner-handler of Rhodesian Ridgebacks. His passion for the breed runs deep, and today, he and his wife Ashleigh James, a pediatric critical care nurse and fellow breeder-owner-handler, pour their heart into raising well-balanced, high quality Rhodesian Ridgebacks.

Together, the James family shares a commitment to health, temperament, and structure, with a strong emphasis on responsible breeding and early puppy development. Their home and kennel reflect a blend of professional medical knowledge, compassion, and an unwavering love for this remarkable breed.
